I’m very pleased with the overall job that was done on my AC unit. The technician was very professional and knew exactly what to look for once I described the issues that were going on. I have two wall heater units in a very old house. The technician, Glenn, was respectfully professional, knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up after he finished his work. (a big plus) He also gave me some pointers on how to keep my heaters in working order. If I could give this company 10 starts I would. The owner, the dispatcher and technician are all very easy to talk with and made me feel like my issues were important to them. A rare quality indeed these days. Great job!!
