I am thrilled with their service. No delays repair man here quickley. My house was 80° and the AC running but blowing warm air. Very curtis young man, Jason, explained the problem and what needed but only if I gave the ok. Thank you Carver’s Heat and Air.
Our AC hasn’t been working for 2 days and the HVAC professional I originally contacted never came out and didn’t follow up with me. I live with my elderly parents so we needed to get the problem fixed asap. I contacted Carver’s and they sent someone out and he did fixed what was wrong until they can get a replacement piece ordered and then will come install it for us.
We have been customers of Carver’s Heat and Air for over 10 years. They are always quick to respond when we need A/C repairs and or yearly maintenance. Their service repair men are knowledgeable and friendly and quick to find the problem and fix it. Highly recommended!!
The service tech was friendly and efficient. Asked a few questions then got to work. Did a great job on diagnosing the issue then had us back up and running ASAP.. with a heat index of 109.. it was very much appreciated.. great job
Excellent service!! Was on site within an hour of calling.glen was very nice and got my heater back up and running in a couple hours. Highly recommended for any heating or cooling needs!

Workers were friendly and got right to work. My only complaint is it took them from Thursday to Friday of the following week to get it fixed. It was 100+ degrees.
Jimmy Carver’s was prompt in coming over for the free estimate and the installation crew did a great job of installing my new American standard unit. They were very professional throughout the whole process. I am also looking forward to the savings I will be getting with my new 95% high efficiency gas furnace.
