An actual person answered the phone. Julia was very friendly and called me back like she said she would. Glen came out repaired my AC with heat pump. He explained repairs needed without trying to over-sell. He was very courteous and professional. The repair cost much less than I expected and AC is downright chilly. I’ll have them out this fall to give the heat pump a good look over.

I had an outside AC unit that needed some attention, in this hot weather. Jason and Abram, were the service techs. They performed the needed repairs, with professional care and knowledge, with the utmost customer courtesy. In short, I was extremely impressed with Jason’s knowledge and communication skills. He would explain the steps they were taking and making sure everything checked out, to top operational mode. Jason, encouraged questions from the customer and answered them all. I’m very pleased with the overall job that was done on my AC unit. The technician was very professional and knew exactly what to look for once I described the issues that were going on. He also had the parts on his truck to fix the problems which I was very pleased with. I highly recommend this company and I’ll be using them from now on.

They came out 4:30 in the afternoon on a Friday and fixed my AC after several days of it being down. Got it back up and running in less than a hour. Very satisfied with the service.

Jimmy Carvers fixed our Bosch heat and air mini split and installed two pioneer mini split systems. They did a great job and I am happy they are in business. I have two wall heater units in a very old house. The technician, Glenn, was respectfully professional, knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up after he finished his work. (a big plus) He also gave me some pointers on how to keep my heaters in working order. If I could give this company 10 starts I would. The owner, the dispatcher and technician are all very easy to talk with and made me feel like my issues were important to them. A rare quality indeed these days. Great job!!

I have used Jimmy Carver’s for our A/C repairs and maintenance since moving to Southwest Arkansas in 2016. They came the morning I called them and had the A/C repaired within an hour. I was not home to pay the technician so they allowed me to be billed and mail payment/over the phone payment. This was a big help because I couldn’t get home to pay before he was finished. The office staff is always friendly and they are quick to respond even if you have to leave a message. I highly recommend using this company!
