Great people. From the time I called on a Saturday when my air stopped working in my home the staff kept me updated on the status of the repairmen time of arrival. Once they arrived they went to work and located and repaired my problem so I could stay cool until they could order the correct parts to fix the unit permanently. With the service I get anytime I call there is only one person to call when I have a issue. They have my business

Very small leak traced to the coil they found the leak, ordered parts, and replaced same in short order. They installed the system in 2011 and have provided great service then. I will use them again if/when another system is required. Thanks to Rick, Glenn, and Jimmy!

What a breath of fresh air! After years of unsuccessful repair work from a different local A/C repair service, I finally discovered Carver’s! I am so impressed. They were very timely coming to my home to assess my A/C issues, and took the time to check and see what parts were still under warranty to get me the best value. The service tech kept me informed of every step he took, and he was very thorough in explaining to me how the repairs he did would solve the issue. He also gave me several simple steps I can take each summer to ensure my unit runs properly for many years to come. My only regret is not using Carver’s from the very beginning! :) Excellent service, and I will be recommending them to EVERYONE. Thanks!

Have had the best experience possible with the expected household disruptions. They replaced a Geothermal unit with another. Checked all the water hoses and water pump compatibility with the new unit and with their warranty and yearly service, I expect this unit to last for 31 years like the original unit did.

In summer 2017, my wife and I struggled with the decision of whether or not we should pursue the purchase of a completely new HVAC system for our home. The unit we had was twenty-two years old at the time — which meant we had received good service out of that Heil system — yet we faced the reality that it had, most likely, run its anticipated course of providing reliable, efficient service for our 2,400 sq. ft. residence. Although we had done business in the past with various area HVAC dealers and retailers, the decision to call Carver’s Heat & Air came relatively easy; Jimmy and his staff of Trane Comfort Specialists came very highly recommended. Simply put, we had never heard a bad or disparaging word about this business. The process was simple from there: Mr. Carver came to our home, met with my wife and me and gave us a “free price quote” on a totally new, high efficiency (18SEER) 5-ton Trane heating & air system. When the crew came to install the system, they could not have been nicer. Due to an idiopathic illness that developed about four years ago, I now navigate life in a wheelchair; Carver’s crew worked diligently to accommodate me moving around and about their work spaces for the two hot summer days (July 2017) they were here for the install. And as for that quote we were given, the final price of our system did NOT deviate one penny from that amount! And the best part of dealing with these people is receiving “family-like,” personalized service...after the system is installed. Jimmy Carver Heat & Air truly is a service-oriented business; moreover, Mr. Rick Shaw, Svc. Mgr., is a kind and caring, Christian man who has made us feel like, for whatever reason, we are special!
